So when I’m not outdoors and having fun I work as a Physiotherapist. I have spent many years specialising in Critical care and in head and neck surgery but this year I decided it was time for a new challenge and now work in Orthopeadics and Musculoskeletal outpatients. I’m excited for what the future holds, I’m excited to be learning new skills and growing my skill base in an area that I’m both interested in as a career but also interested in on a personal level with my sport.

Over the years as a sporting enthusiast I have experienced my fair share of niggles and feel I have an in-depth and personal insight in to life as an athlete injured and what that means to us. Knowing this on a personal level I feel will help me be better at treating the whole patient and not just the injury.

I actually can’t wait to get going :-)!
